Information We Collect

Shop Information

When you install our App, we collect the following information from your Shopify store:

  • Shop name
  • Shop owner name
  • Shopify domain
  • Email address
  • Primary domain
  • Country
  • Currency code

Product Information

To generate your LLMs.txt file, we retrieve (but do not permanently store):

  • Product titles and descriptions
  • Product URLs
  • Store policies (privacy, refund, shipping, etc.)
  • Store content and navigation

Note: This data is only retrieved to generate the LLMs.txt file and is not stored on our servers.

  • Shop information is stored in our secure database
  • LLMs.txt files may be temporarily cached in AWS S3 for performance
  • Product data is not permanently stored - it's retrieved from Shopify when needed

Our App is available to merchants worldwide through the Shopify App Store. If you are located outside the United States, please note that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located.

For users in the European Union, we process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For users in California, we comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) requirements.
